Ullswater installation

We installed this 12kw T-cap twelve months ago now. It is heating an old farm house set on a hill near Watermillock overlooking Ullswater lake. Its open to the elements but has had thriple glazed Aluminium windows fitted to keep out the draughty weather. It is heating the house through radiators and servicing a 300 Litre hot water cylinder. It is returning a combined COP of 4.6.
