I can recommend Darren, Ryan and Luke as they did a marvellous job installing our new ASHP heating system. They were quick, efficient, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I had some questions about ASHPs as I had read mixed reviews about them online, but we wanted to replace our old oil boiler and tank. Darren reassured us that the modern ASHP systems are very efficient and warm and this has proven to be the case. The system has been in for almost 4 months and we are very comfortable and warm with loads of hot water and a super-efficient COP rating of 7. As with any installation there were some minor hiccups along the way which Darren resolved for us. We were very glad to get a local installer who has promised to look after us going forward. JM
